1. Return Policy
At Kinova Jewels, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. To maintain quality and fairness, our return policy is as follows:
1. Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery. Please check your product carefully with the delivery agent before accepting it. If you wish to return the item, kindly hand it back immediately. Once delivery is completed and accepted, no return requests will be entertained.
2. If you choose to return the product at the time of delivery, please note that shipping charges and 30% return fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. The product must be in unused, undamaged condition, and returned in its original packaging with all labels, certificates, and tags intact.
4. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of use, tampering, or damage.
5. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, earrings, custom orders, and gold jewellery (made on order) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Refund Policy
At Kinova Jewels, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Refunds are only available if the product is returned at the time of delivery. Please ensure you check the product with the delivery agent. If you wish to return it, kindly do so immediately. Once the delivery is completed, we will not be able to process any returns.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund requests will be processed within 15 business days after the returned item is inspected.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Products that show signs of wear or damage.
(Custom Orders and Gold Jewellery: Please note that custom orders and gold jewellery are made on order are not eligible for return or exchange.)
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a processing fee of 30% of the order value.
